Cancellations and Refunds

We don’t refund for change of mind if you found it cheaper elsewhere, decided you merely don’t prefer it or haven’t any use for it! Here’s a better look.

  • Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals or clinics
  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment date change or cancellation
  • If you change or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment date, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit or apply a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost
  • In the case of pre-paid treatments, the complete cost of treatment is going to be forfeited
  • Refunds are going to be provided where required in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. we would like you to be a satisfied client so if our service or product is faulty it should either get replaced or refunded. We don’t refund for change of mind.
  • Our procedures and products might not be suitable for you and whilst all tutelage and skill is exercised in treating our clients ultimately it’s your responsibility to work out if the merchandise or treatment is correct for you.
  • In order for us to supply you with a good service, it’s fundamental that you just provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advising us of any factors which will affect your treatments. you furthermore may have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. Prepaid Treatment

  • If you pre-pay for treatments, you’ll save an amount in line with the pre-payment schedule. Refunds can only be issued on pre-pays in accordance with the terms of our Cancellation and Refund policy. The pre-pays don’t seem to be transferable to other individuals, treatment areas, or clinics.
  • 48 hours notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours or don’t attend the appointment, the treatment is going to be forfeited.

Purchases made through Customer Portal Online

  • Treatments purchased online by you thru the Customer Portal still be regulated by Laser Clinics New Zealand’s conditions of use; privacy policy; cancellation and refund policy.
  • Treatments purchased online don’t seem to be transferable to other individuals, treatment areas, or clinics.
  • 48 hours notice is required for any online purchased treatment appointment cancellations. If you cancel an internet purchased treatment appointment within 48 hours, or don’t attend the appointment, the treatment is forfeited.
  • Refunds are provided where required in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. we would like you to be a satisfied client so if our service or product is faulty it’s going to either get replaced or refunded.
  • We don’t refund for change of mind; however, we may use our discretion if we believe the treatments purchased by you, can not be provided to you (eg, your skin type can be deemed as unsuitable for the treatment you purchased).
  • Any request for refund by you, for treatments purchased online through your customer portal, must be made in writing and issued to: info@lasertech.co.nz for our consideration. The clinic may decide, upon review of your written request, whether a refund is required.
